WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.

What we believe about ourselves matters.

Learning.
Leading.
Growing.

I can do hard things!

I am unstoppable!

I matter!

I am smart!

I can change the world!

The Five Affirmations: Put the Words Into Action

Affirmations matter most when they become choices and actions. These five statements are not magic words. They are reminders of how you can respond, grow, and keep moving.

I can do hard things.

Hard does not mean impossible. Break the challenge down, try a strategy, use feedback, and ask for help when you need it.

I am unstoppable.

Unstoppable does not mean nothing ever stops you. It means you learn how to restart after a mistake, setback, distraction, or rough day.

I matter.

Your ideas, choices, effort, questions, and presence have value. Acting like you matter also means recognizing that other people matter too.

I am smart.

Smart is not knowing everything instantly. Smart can look like noticing, questioning, practicing, changing your mind, making connections, and learning from mistakes.

I can change the world.

You do not have to do something enormous. Helping one person, improving one place, creating something useful, speaking up responsibly, or solving a real problem can make a difference.

Try It: Choose One

Pick the affirmation you need most today. Finish this sentence:

“If I really lived this affirmation today, one thing I would do is ________.”

Then do that one thing.

💡 Funky Tip

Do not use affirmations to pretend everything is easy. Use them to remind yourself that you still have choices when things are difficult.

🎒 Take It With You

Say the words. Then look for the action that makes them real.
