WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.

What we believe about ourselves matters.

Learning.
Leading.
Growing.

I can do hard things!

I am unstoppable!

I matter!

I am smart!

I can change the world!

The Think & Create Lab

An idea becomes more powerful when you are willing to test it, learn from it, and improve it. The Lab is where questions, evidence, imagination, problem-solving, and creation come together.

The Lab Cycle

QUESTION → IMAGINE → CREATE → TEST → GET FEEDBACK → IMPROVE → SHARE

QUESTION

What are you trying to understand, improve, solve, design, or create? What problem or possibility is worth your attention?

IMAGINE

Generate more than one possibility before locking onto your first idea. Sketch, list, combine, wonder, and ask “What if?”

CREATE

Make a version you can actually examine. It could be a model, prototype, draft, plan, diagram, performance, procedure, product, campaign, explanation, or digital creation.

TEST

Decide what success would look like. Try the idea and collect useful evidence instead of only asking whether you “like” it.

GET FEEDBACK

Ask people questions that help you improve:

  • What is clear?
  • Where did you get confused?
  • What worked for you?
  • What problem do you still see?
  • What should I test next?

IMPROVE

Use what you learned. Keep what works. Change what does not. A revision should have a reason behind it.

SHARE

Choose the right way to show the final work and explain the thinking behind it—including what changed from the first version.

Try It: The Everyday Redesign

Choose something ordinary that could work better: a backpack system, classroom routine, game rule, storage idea, study setup, playground process, sign, organizer, or another everyday object or system.

  1. Question: What is the problem?
  2. Imagine: Create at least three possible improvements.
  3. Create: Sketch or make one version.
  4. Test: How could you find out whether it works better?
  5. Feedback: Who could give useful input?
  6. Improve: What would version two change?

Use the Right Tool at the Right Time

💡 Funky Tip

Your first idea is allowed to be incomplete. Its job is to give you something real enough to test and improve.

I can change the world.

New possibilities begin when someone notices something, asks a better question, makes an idea real, and keeps improving it.

🎒 Take It With You

Do not protect your first idea. Build it, test it, learn from it, and make it better.
