WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.

What we believe about ourselves matters.

Learning.
Leading.
Growing.

I can do hard things!

I am unstoppable!

I matter!

I am smart!

I can change the world!

Bring Other People Into Your Idea

Change gets stronger when people are invited to help shape it—not just told what you already decided.

1. Explain the Idea Clearly

Be able to say what you care about, what you have learned, and what you are hoping to improve.

2. Invite, Don’t Recruit People Into a Finished Plan

Try: “Here’s what we’ve noticed. What are we missing? What ideas do you have?”

3. Listen to People Closest to the Issue

If your idea affects other people, their knowledge and experience should influence the plan. Do not assume you know what people need better than they do.

4. Give People Real Roles

Divide work by strengths, interests, availability, and what the project needs. Leadership does not mean you keep every important decision for yourself.

5. Make It Possible to Say No

People should be invited, not pressured or guilted into helping.

Try It

You want to improve a shared school space. Before making posters or buying supplies, list three groups of people you should listen to and one question you would ask each group.

💡 Funky Tip

Building with people is different from doing something to people or for people without asking.

I can change the world.

Your idea can grow when other people are treated as partners instead of extras.

🎒 Take It With You

Explain → invite → listen → share ownership → act together.
